Sign Ups Open for C/O 2024 Graduation Ceremonies
To better honor ALL our students and to allow for additional guests per graduate, this year we will be holding not one, but TWO graduation ceremonies! On Wednesday, June 12th, 2024, we will hold a "smaller by design" ceremony at 11:00am, as well as a larger ceremony in the afternoon at 2:00pm. We hope this helps to alleviate the stress some of our graduates may feel about a large gathering, and allow each of our graduates to truly enjoy the experience of being celebrated.

Inclement Weather Procedures by Program
Classroom-based
2-hour delay: No breakfast served. AM Session in study hall. PM Session runs as usual. No Westside Loop bus route.
Early release: No PM Session. No PM bussing.
Canceled: No school. Campus is closed.
Parent Partnership - Enrichment
2-hour delay: Enrichment runs as usual.
Early release: No Enrichment. Campus is open.
Canceled: No Enrichment. Campus is closed.
Virtual Academy - STEAM
2-hour delay: No STEAM.
Early release: STEAM runs as usual.

Student Photos & IDs - Reminder
Student photo packets and IDs have arrived! Classroom-based students received their photos in Advisory. Parent Partnership and Virtual Academy families may pick up their student's photo packet in the Barker Creek main office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 3:15pm.
*Student IDs are given to 9-12 grade students only.
