Your Post-Picture Day Questions Answered!
When will I receive my student's photos/ID? Pictures and student IDs will be delivered to Barker Creek in the next 2-3 weeks. We will send communications out to families when they arrive.

If I paid for photos but missed Picture Day, how do we make that up? Families should call Quality School Portraits to schedule an in-studio retake. They can be reached at 360-697-6996.

I forgot to turn in my payment envelope on Picture Day, but would still like to order. What's the best way to purchase photos? Order forms can be dropped off or mailed to Quality School Portraits, PO Box 1941, Poulsbo, WA 98370.

If you have questions not addressed here, please contact our main office at 360-662-2570.

Congratulations to our Hex 1 Graduates!

Impact Aid Surveys Reminder
Thank you to our families who have completed your Impact Aid form! Our annual Impact Aid Survey opened on October 3rd and is available to families through the Parent Access Portal. Paper copies of the form are available as well in the Barker Creek main office. Getting ALL surveys returned is critical. Thank you for your support!

Free Meals at BCCS - Community Eligibility Provision Survey
We are able to provide free breakfasts and lunches to all students at our school. Free meals are available through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program and are based on the economic demographics of a school community. Please complete a family Community Eligibility Provision survey to help us secure state funding for this and other essential education programs.
